Therapeutic Massage
This personalized treatment is tailored to your unique goals, whether you are experiencing chronic pain, overuse injuries, tension, postural issues, or needing a moment to relax. I incorporate a variety of modalities including structural alignment, joint mobilization, deep tissue, manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, muscle manipulation, cupping therapy, Shiatsu, and Thai massage to curate a customized session.
My goal is to address the root to your discomfort by targeting deep layers of muscle and connective tissue. By breaking down adhesions and releasing deep-seated muscle tension, this targeted work can help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote long-lasting relief.
To enhance the effectiveness of your session, I may incorporate hot stones. This targeted heat application helps loosen tight muscles, making them more receptive to deeper pressure. The combination of heat and massage can significantly improve your overall well-being. In addition, I strategically utilize silicon cups into the treatment to further zone in on target areas to promote tissue recovery and relief.
Enjoy a 60, 90 or 120 minute session.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic technique designed to support and accelerate the body's natural cellular cleansing.
Applying advanced MLD techniques from Knead Wellness and Learning Collective, I use precise, light-touch movements that flow in harmony with your lymphatic pathways. Because the lymphatic system rests just beneath the skin, this deeply relaxing therapy requires only a light touch to be highly effective. MLD gently encourages your body’s natural rhythms to offer a profound spectrum of restorative benefits:
-
Stimulates Lymph Flow & Reduces Inflammation
-
Supports Immune Function
-
Enhances Energy & Mental Clarity
-
Promotes Deep Cellular Healing
MLD treatments are intentionally designed to support your body’s natural detoxification and recovery processes, providing deep, therapeutic relief without overwhelming your system. Conditions that could benefit from MLD are:
-
Seasonal allergies & sinus congestion
-
Tension headaches & migraines
-
Pre- & post-surgical recovery (including cosmetic and orthopedic)
-
Lipedema management
-
Fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue
-
Autoimmune & inflammatory conditions
Intraoral Massage
Working within the mouth is a powerful and effective way to help clients achieve balance in the upper body. Through targeted manual techniques, intraoral massage supports the release of long-held tension, promoting optimal movement of the jaw, larynx, and cervical spine. This work can often help resolve compression and pain patterns related to:
-
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction
-
Bruxism (teeth grinding or clenching)
-
Whiplash and neck strain
-
Tension headaches
-
Structural alignment changes related to scoliosis or orthodontia
What to Expect During a Treatment
Intraoral massage is a safe, gentle, and highly effective modality. Wearing sterile medical exam gloves, I work slowly and precisely inside the mouth to apply light, comfortable pressure to targeted intraoral muscles. Each intraoral treatment is paired with focused massage to the exterior face, jaw, and neck to provide comprehensive relief and structural support.
Hot Stone Massage
Hot stones are complimentary to your treatment. The warmth from the basalt stones helps melt away tension deeper than traditional massage alone, while their placement on specific points on your body can further target tight muscles and improve circulation.
The combination of heat therapy and massage promotes faster healing and creates a luxurious, therapeutic experience.

Cupping Therapy
A complimentary add to your therapeutic treatment! This ancient technique uses suction cups to promote circulation, relieve muscle tension, and improve lymphatic drainage and complimentary to your treatment session. This modality provides a different type of stimulation for the tissues and nervous system, which can be beneficial for those who haven't responded well to other treatments.
By creating a negative pressure between the silicone cup and tissue, the suction draws more blood to the treated area, which can aid healing and promote tissue repair, help relieve pain, and improve flexibility and range of motion.
It's also good to know that while there can be some discomfort during application, the pressure can be easily adjusted. The temporary marks left behind are simply due to increased circulation and should fade within a week.
